Here is an overview of SEASON 1:
Foundational Ayurvedic Concepts (Tattva and Doshas): The initial weeks immerse students in the basic theories of Ayurveda, including the 20 Gunas (qualities) , the 5 Maha Bhutas (elements: Akasha/Ether, Vayu/Air, Tejas/Fire, Apas/Water, Prithvi/Earth) , and the 3 Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha). This foundational knowledge is crucial for understanding individual constitution (Prakruti) and imbalances (Vikruti).
Optimizing Digestive Fire (Agni) and Eating Guidelines: Month 2 delves deeply into Agni (digestive fire) , which is considered the "most basic concept of health in Ayurveda". Students learn to identify their Agni types (Pitta, Kapha, Vata) , understand how imbalances create disease , and assess their own Agni balance through indicators like tongue appearance, hunger/satiation cycles, and energy levels. Emphasis is placed on Healthier Eating Guidelines (HEGs) , such as eating during daylight hours, making lunch the main meal, and eating only when truly hungry. The concept of Kaizen (continuous improvement) is applied to habit changes.
Rhythmic Living and Self-Reflection (Dina Charya and Svadharma): Throughout this trimester, a strong emphasis is placed on aligning with natural rhythms, particularly through habits like Earlier, Lighter Dinners. This involves planning meals, understanding habit triggers, and setting a consistent "Kitchen Closed" time. The Doshic Clock is introduced to illustrate how universal energies (Pitta, Kapha, Vata) flow through the day and how integrating these rhythms can lead to vibrant health. Students also explore their Values (Svadharma - individual purpose) to ensure daily choices align with their core beliefs. The practice of creating a Healing Space (Akasha - ether/space) within the home is also introduced to foster a supportive environment for personal well-being.
The Living Ayurveda Course (LAC) can help individuals achieve significant improvements in their well-being, including weight loss, adopting a healthier diet, and establishing beneficial daily and seasonal rhythms.
The course is designed to make Ayurveda accessible and understandable, focusing on self-care and connection.

Circadian Rhythm for Optimal Health: The course asserts that "your thrive is built with better daily habits" and that "no pattern is too ingrained to be changed with the right guidance and support". By integrating the "basic habits of yogis - what is called Dina Charya" , participants learn to create an ordered rhythm for their body to thrive.
Ayurveda Habits for Body Wisdom: Leveraging Ayurveda, an "age-old science of rejuvenation" , the course provides a "manual for body wisdom and daily thrive as you chronologically age". This ancient wisdom offers a framework for understanding and aligning with natural bio-rhythms.
Enhanced Energy and Weight Management: The program guides members to cultivate habits that lead to "real energy and optimal weight".
Improved Well-being through Rhythmic Living: Participants learn to "know and live into this rhythm" to experience benefits such as better sleep, deep energy, deep nourishment, reduced pain, and the resolution of issues like weight, women's health, and skin problems. Disregarding this natural rhythm can lead to suffering, whether slow and superficial or deep and painful.
Developing Intuition for Self-Guidance: The course fosters the development of intuition, trusting that "you know what you need" to guide your daily choices.
Long-term Investment in Self: It promotes the idea that investing in one's wellness and "personal thrive is an essential investment that accrues with time".
Personal Growth and Habit Architecture: The program supports individuals in "architect[ing] your life to be increasingly better" and in "uprooting outdated patterns" through guided habit formation. This includes learning from past behavior, which is fundamental to health and healing, and developing "informed, intentional habits [that] rejuvenate you".
Body Thrive is a practical, season-based wellness program designed to help you build sustainable habits that support energy, digestion, mental clarity, and long-term vitality without extremes or burnout.
At the heart of Body Thrive is a simple truth: when you work with your body’s natural rhythms instead of against them, health becomes easier. Through clear education, gentle structure, and realistic action steps, this course helps you create changes that actually stick.
You’ll learn foundational habits such as Earlier, Lighter Dinner, daily rhythms, nourishment strategies, and lifestyle practices that reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and support healthy aging. Each lesson explains not just what to do, but why it matters and how to integrate it into real life—no perfection required.
There is a rhythm to your body thriving. When you know and live into this rhythm, you engage in your best life ever.
The rhythm creates an order. When you engage the order, you thrive; when you disregard it, you suffer. This suffering may be slow and superficial, or deep and painful.
Live better. Take BODY THRIVE.
Master of You is a guide to living with purpose by aligning with your dharma—your deep purpose and singular evolutionary impact. Dharma is revealed over time, like chapters of a book, always true to your core theme.
At the heart of the book is a Five-Point System to Synchronize Your Body, Home, and Time with Your Ambition, rooted in the elements of space, earth, fire, air, and water:
Mindset for Dharma: Learn keys for the mind that help you reflect on the past, rewrite your story, and envision your future with clarity.
Mastering Space (Home – Space Element): Design your surroundings to free creativity and focus. Clutter-free, intentional environments enhance mental clarity, energetic efficiency, and support desired habits.
Optimizing Body Rhythms (Earth Element): Simplified Ayurvedic habits—three rhythms for resilience—build energy, calm, adaptability, and longevity, preventing burnout while pursuing bigger goals.
Achieving Goals (Fire Element): Strengthen mental powers to discern vision and strategy. Tap into tapas—intentional friction—to burn off what no longer serves and transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Time Mastery (Air Element): Align your calendar with your vision. Through time blocking, planning milestones, delegating, and honoring commitments, you gain both peak performance and deep rest.
Relationships (Water Element): Build flow and integrity by addressing unconscious patterns. Healing shadows fosters authentic, supportive connections and fluidity in pursuing your dreams.
By weaving together mindset, habits, strategy, and relationships, Master of You helps readers create clarity, resilience, and alignment—unlocking the freedom to live their purpose with ease and integrity.

I feel super seen in the business transition. WPA – I feel that it’s made for me” “5 weeks into my club pilot, I’m getting crystal clear on how I lead from my wellness lifestyle. I’m moving from a didactic style of teaching. People drinking from the fire hose….to minimum spec curriculum to have a transformational experience. I’m way more relaxed, I don’t have fill 90 min of content, instead I let the club members show up and do the work with me.

I would say if you have done the inward work of shifting from a victim’s mindset to an open mindset of a learner then you ought to take the jump to this side of the fence because WPA presents an abundance of opportunities to learn and advance yourself both in your personal health and in your wellness business. You will need support for sustainability and you will find that in WPA. You will have top-notch support not only from Cate and her fabulous coaches but your fellow WPA classmates!

I am now able to help more people evolve within a group instead of trying to meet one on one, which was exhausting. I make more money now as I am more confident and have time to learn more and more (which is exciting to me). I started working for myself entirely, calling the shots and am better able to make decisions that support my peeps.
